
Facebook user Man Yee recently took to Facebook to voice her frustration about the ride sharing App TADA. She stated on how she was charged for a ride she did not even take.

If you using TADA apps,please be aware of this driver!!I booked a ride from TADA from Westgate to home, this driver accepted my call nearby, after that I check GPS, this car is getting far and far away from bukit batok road. Suddenly I received alert from TADA apps says “Your driver has arrived” WHICH THE DRIVER IS STILL AT BUKIT BATOK ROAD!! I try to message and call the driver, the driver didn’t answer my call and no response on my msg at all!!(Understand he is driving and not convenient to msg me, that’s why I call him).When the GPS shows the driver is about at cck area, suddenly the apps shows me that “Payment Successful”!!! WTH??? The driver didn’t come and pick me up, wasted my time to waiting for him, never come, the apps still can charged me the ride fare??? Called TADA help center, thier customer support is from 10am to 7pm!! What a lousy apps!!Driver named Ray Chen, if your ride has been accepted by this driver, better cancel it immediately!!
