A video of a tattooed gangster was uploaded on Facebook recently by user Feng Xin which shows the gangster giving out a warning.

It is believed that he is giving a warning to an individual who borrowed $3,000 from him. He said that if he does not come to Woodlands to settle his debt, he will beat him up and send him to hospital.
He also stated that if he has ‘balls’, he should come down to Woodlands immediately.
