TAXI UNCLE THROWS RUBBISH ONTO PARKED CAR, CAUGHT BY CAR’S DASHCAM

A video emerged on Facebook showing a taxi uncle eating (or smoking?) something while reversing his car into a parking lot.

He then threw the rubbish (cigarette butt?) onto the car parked beside him.

The taxi driver then drove away from the scene of the incident.
