TAY PING HUI NOT HAPPY THAT JOEY MENDOZA PLAGIARIZED “COUNT ON ME SINGAPORE”

Veteran Singaporean actor Tay Ping Hui posted on Instagram blasting Indian composer Joey Mendoza for stealing Singapore’s “Count On Me, Singapore”.

He posted a photo of the Indian fella with the words “FAKE” superimposed right below his face.

Tay called out Mendoza for his seemingly nonchalant disregard of his theft, and rejected calls to remain calm, expressing how upset he was.

He wrote that “whoever believes that the 2 songs were ‘coincidentally’ similar, needs to get their ears checked, and their brains inspected”.
