A 33-year-old former teacher was sentenced to 4 years of jail after he was found guilty of sexually assaulting a female student.
According to court documents, the incident happened back in Feb 2017, the man first approached the victim while they were in school to talk about the victim’s relationship problem.
On 25 Feb 2017, the man texted the victim to meet him under her block. He then told her not to mention their meeting to anyone. After they met, the man drove the victim to a multiple storey car park located in Tampines.
It was then the man started to molest the victim by touching her thighs. He then kisses the victim and slipped his hand under her shirt. In the process, the man even tried to finger the victim in his car.
However, he was stopped by the victim while she grabbed onto his hand. He then told the victim to imagine that he was her ex-boyfriend before taking off his pants and asked her to jerk him off.
The police were alerted and the man was subsequently arrested.
