A 18 year old teenager was sentenced to a year of probation after he was found guilty of circulating obscene materials on “SG Nasi Lemak” Telegram group. He has became the second person to be sentenced in relations to “SG Nasi Lemak” Telegram group.

“SG Nasi Lemak” Telegram group was a platform used to share obscene video and photos of girls. These girls are mostly from Singapore.
As part of his sentence, the teenager is required to stay indoor from 10 pm to 6 am daily. He is also required to perform 40 hours of community service. To ensure his good behavior, the teenager parents has been bonded with $5,000.
According to the law, any adult who is convicted of circulating obscene materials could face a jail term up to 3 months and fined.
