The incident occurred yesterday (May 2) in a park near Block 736 in the Woodlands Circle.

According to a video shot by residents, seven young people in their 20s were crowded on a table bench in the HDB area park. Although the chairs have been marked with an “X” sign to prevent people from sitting down, they have turned a blind eye. They got together and chatted. Some people lay on their heads with their heads resting on the table. Others packed their food.

Residents said they saw some young people holding beer cans from the upper floors. “They also seem drunk.”

According to reports, they provided personal information to police officers and left but leaving a pile of garbage behind
