A loanshark incident splash paint because the previous tenant took a loan he/she did not return

“Out of a sudden, the tenant told my family that he needed to shift (to another housing apartment) by the end of this year.

4 days ago,The tenant left abruptly on the 9th of december.The tenant did not collect his/her deposit which puzzled the owner.

“On Dec 11, we were shocked to find red paint splashed on our door by loansharks who are chasing the tenant for uncleared debts.”

“The tenant had rented our room since Dec 27, 2014. We tried contacting him, but his phone line has been terminated,” Anonymous added.

A police report has been made by the owner since the 12th of December

Sometime problems like this are unavoidable…
