A mother got caught punishing her son in a way most people will say its abuse. Stepping on the kid’s head and tieing him to a railing. The kid could be heard shouting in the video:

Thankfully this viral video has reached the eyes of the local police. The police brought her in and asked why she would act this way.
The mother simply responded, “He was misbehaving”.
One would most probably doubt her way of disciplining. More like choking him.
