In a recent drug case in Thailand, a police captain took on the mantle of a buddhist monk (or pretends to) in order to go undercover and infiltrate a drop at a temple.

Intel provided by the police’s spy revealed that the drugs delivery was due to be conducted at a Paknam Temple in Maha Sarakham.
The narcotics unit then decided for the police captain to disguise himself as a monk and the mission went successfully, with more than 50,000 amphetamine pills seized, along with 24 bags of 2,000 pills.
Two drug dealers were arrested and they revealed their two accomplices as well.
