The woman who refused to wear a face mask at Shunfu Market was caught once again in the same area. Videos of the women arrested by the police have been circulating on social media since 03 May 2020.

On the very same day, MP Chong Kee Hiong from Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC had also responded to the incident. Indicating on his Facebook post, Mr. Chong had thanked the SPF for the fast action taken against the repeat offender.
He had also reassured the members of the public that such irresponsible actions will not be tolerated. Repeat offenders will be dealt with according to the law.
