It is good that there is a temporary fund to help those people who are suffering from loss of income and are affected by the Coronavirus.

But a queue was seen at Marine Parade Community Club, a News article published by TODAY titled: “Thousands of people queue to get S$500 financial aid at social service offices and CCs as applications open”

Shouldn’t the application for the financial aid be applied digitally? why is there a need for thousand over people to come out and gather at places?

Many of the applicants are people that work in entertainment venues or Taxi/Grab Drivers.
