22-year-old Titus Low Kaide has been known for his online content and OnlyFans accounts. He has expressed that he is prepared to move to another country to restart his Only Fans career.
In an interview with Los Angeles Times, Low said that he has intentions to move to another country and continue his work.
In the interview, he stated that: “Maybe if I had hurt someone, then I’d deserve to go to prison, But this feels unjustified.”
Moving to a country that allows his work
Low made the headlines back in December after he was charged for uploading explicit content to his OnlyFans account and faced even more charges in February.
Apparently, this was triggered by a Police report and he is currently facing five charges, his OnlyFans accounts were seized for investigations and he wrote back to the admins of the website to retrieve his account and upload even more content that is illegal in Singapore.
Low is currently out on bail and he is facing up to 21 months of jail time if he is found guilty of his charges.
In the interview, he has considered London and the USA as possible destinations to continue his work.
Penalties
For allegedly failing to comply with an order under Section 39(1)(d)(i) of the Criminal Procedure Code not to access his ‘OnlyFans’ account, the man will be charged with an offence under Section 39(3)(b) of the Criminal Procedure Code, which carries a fine not exceeding $5,000, an imprisonment term not exceeding six months, or both.
For allegedly transmitting obscene material electronically via the two ‘OnlyFans’ accounts, the man will be charged with two offences under Section 292(1)(a) of the Penal Code, which carries an imprisonment term of up to three months, a fine, or both.
