Dear Sir/Madam,
The incident mention has been passed to ECDA and there wasn’t any
wrongdoing from the school after the investigation by ECDA officers.
This post contains inaccurate, false and defamatory
statements/allegations against our School. We are in the process of
considering legal action against the Mother for her social media posts
as we consider them as defamatory against the School.
We do not wish to comment on the details of the story and litigate the
issues through the media and/or via the social media as we do not
think this is the proper and responsible way to go about it.
In view of the above, we urge you not to post her version of the story
as it is defamatory of the School and will negatively impact the
reputation of our School
Should you ignore our request, please take note we will have no choice
but to resort to legal action against all those who defame our School.
