Many of the tour de France monkeys think that they are above the law and continue to gather in large groups and becomes a nuisance on the road by block traffic.
They probably have low self-esteem and want to be featured in the media in order to get a sense of accomplishment, like a child purposely doing something wrong to get attention from their parents.
Let’s hope these monkeys get fined.
