The case was highlighted to the Town Council on 13 April (Fri).
3 representatives from the Town Council have since paid a visit to the resident to relay our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to their family and friends.
The Town Council views this case seriously and have counselled our officer to exercise better customer service. We have also advised our conservancy to be more mindful when carrying out future routine works.
