Previously, they were allowed to go about their activities here without serving SHN, provided their on-arrival PCR Covid-19 test were negative.

The new rules will apply to those who have travelled to Taiwan in the last 21 days prior to their departure for Singapore.

This change in restrictions is due to the increasing number of cases in Taiwan.
