According to the Ministry of Health (MOH), travellers from Myanmar will not be allowed to enter Singapore from tomorrow onwards (July 15) due to an increase in a large number of cases in Myanmar.
Travellers including those doing a transit will not be allowed to enter Singapore from 2359 HRS tomorrow (July 15). This includes travellers who had been to Myanmar or transit in the past 21 days.
Those who previously received approval to enter Singapore will be affected as well. MOH said that anyone with recent travels to Myanmar will be required to undergo an antigen rapid test on arrival.
Those who arrived from Myanmar and are currently serving stay-home-notice will undergo a polymerase chain reaction test.
“as the global situation evolves, we will continue to adjust our border measures,” said MOH
