As fate would have it, Mr. Mutlu stumbled upon the very search party that had been dispatched to find him. Unaware that he was the subject of the search, he decided to join the group, participating in the efforts to locate himself. According to reports from local media outlet NTV, when members of the search party began calling out his name, he responded, “I am here,” not realizing the gravity of the situation.

During the search, a rescuer took Mr. Mutlu aside to gather information about his disappearance. In a moment of humor amidst the confusion, he reportedly pleaded, “Don’t punish me too harshly, officer. My father will kill me,” highlighting the lighthearted nature of the incident despite the initial concern for his safety.

After the mix-up was clarified, police escorted Mr. Mutlu back to his home. It remains unclear whether he faced any penalties for his actions, but the incident has certainly provided a humorous anecdote for the local community.
