A man was seen beaten senselessly on the ground. Even after the fight was literally over, the two other men did not seem to have any intention of stopping and continued kicking the man on the ground.
Fight in the middle of the night
A man later appeared to try and intervene but the two gangsters continued to intimidate the man that arrived on the scene.
After the fight ended one of the man was seen walking away and laughing happily for what he did.
At the end of the video the man was seen resting by the kerb alongside the road, it is unclear where it took place but netizens speculate that it might have happened at Boat Quay (Unconfirmed).

Public fighting
According to Chapter 224 of the Penal Code, anyone who disturbs public peace by fighting in public is guilty of committing an affray.
Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to one year, a fine of up to $5,000, or both.
The offence of rioting carries an imprisonment term of up to seven years and caning. Police investigations are ongoing.
