A video was recently uploaded on the Instagram page sgfollowsall which shows two kids stealing various items from a first floor HDB unit.

The two kids were seen steal slippers from the HDB unit before returning to attempt to steal a bench. They were oblivious to the CCTV which caught their actions on camera.
