A traffic accident took place yesterday morning (26 April) along Yio Chu Kang Road, involving two cars and a van.

The accident took place at the road junction of Yio Chu Kang Road and Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, according to the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
Two people were conveyed to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital as a result of the traffic collision.
TikTok user @mcmodelsg also uploaded videos of the accident site onto his account, showing the windshield of a car being destroyed as stuck on the grass patch at the side of the road.
The car’s bonnet was also seen being crushed from the impact of the accident, while other videos showed a road sign being run over.

According to the Singapore Police Force, investigations into the accident are ongoing.
