Adam Amin Jefri 2 years old boy followed his grandfather 67 years old to pick up rambutans on Wednesday(7 September 2016)
The rambutan tree is 60 meter from the grandfather house kampung parit mustafa, parit sulong in Malaysia.
The grandfather forgot about his grandson after picking rambutans and went home for a nap.
The boy body was found in the ditch by the villagers.

A relative said “I remember seeing Adam happily playing near his grandfather by the tree when I was inside my house.
“So it was very shocking to hear about the terrible incident hours later.
“Maybe it was meant to be and we have to accept the fact that we cannot blame anyone for the incident. But we cannot help feeling sad.”
