Two young man, who are a piece of a gathering of five young fellows involved in a sexual assault with a 18-year-old young lady that got drunk in Duxton hotel, The rapist were sentenced to prison terms and caning on Friday (July29) after they admitted to their parts in the 2014 posse assault.
Muhammad Fadly Abdull Wahab, 20, who had convinced the casualty to go to a gathering at the Duxton hotel, purchased an additional jug of vodka to get her to make her drunk. He was sentenced to 13 years’ correctional facility and eight strokes of the stick.(Ouch!)
The High Court heard that while the casualty lay topless on the bed, Fadly took a photo together with her and Muhammad Hazly Mohamad Halimi, 23. He then sent the photograph to another companion to gloat about the fun he was having.
