UBER DRIVER ASK ME CANCEL RIDE JUST BECAUSE I NOT GOING TO PUNGGOL

On 1st Jan 2018 . I book a uber and the driver accept my trip then he can message me to ask pay cash or card then ask when am I going ?

Then ask already he ask me to cancel cos he going to punngol .. when we book a car urber got us a driver if we cancel we need to pay a fee @ $6 then he can ask me to cancel since I’m not along his way to punngol .. wtf ?
