Mcspicy is an all-time favourite for many Singaporeans and although some of us have the runs to the toilet we still think that it is fine.

However, after Mcspicy was launched in the United Kingdom many think that the spicy level is ridiculous.
One individual who bought the burger thought that he was going to die and claimed thought that his colon would collapse onto the toilet floor after eating the spicy burger.
While there are others who think that the spice level is not even worth mentioning.
