ULTRA RARE CIVET SPOTTED IN HDB ESTATE, ALMOST EXTINCT IN SG

A man manage to capture footage of a Civet, back in 2009 the animal was believed to be extinct.

But it seems like they are wrong, the video was posted on Singapore Wild Life Sightings on 29 September 2021.

According to Nparks, they are closely related to mongooses than they are to cats. In Singapore, the Common Palm Civet is one of the species of civet that can be seen. Civets are commonly known as ‘Musang’ in the Malay Language.
