According to the netizen who posted the video, the uncle had apparently “lost toto” and was angry and decided to express his displeasure.
He was seen in the video shouting throughout, as he went down escalators to the lower floor, and a security guard was also seen escorting him out.

So basically what happened was the random dude start shouting at rivervale mall….
when I asked the others why he shouting they said “I think he lost toto and he damn angry at it”….Then basically he got kicked out the mall ah.
