A netizen shared how he saw an old man busy digging on the side of a road beside a traffic light.

The old man was digging the ground and loading a wheelbarrow with the soil he dug up.
He also filled up huge plastic containers with the soils that he took.
The incident happened on 13 June at around 12.30pm, near Upper Changi Road.
