The uncle was apparently trying to touch the girl with his leg by moving closer and closer to the girl who was seated beside him.
The girl, feeling uncomfortable, inched away from the uncle to the point where she had to lean against the window.
The OP said that he pretended to drop something on them before he alighted, as a sign of warning to the uncle.
