UNCLES ALLEGEDLY HANTAM BUS DRIVER WHO ASKED THEM TO WEAR MASK PROPERLY

A 61-year-old and 70-year-old man were both arrested after allegedly attacking a bus driver who told them to wear their masks properly inside the bus.

The police said in a statement that the duo were inside the bus at Loyang Avenue at about 1030am on 2 November.

They got agitated when told by the driver to wear their masks properly.

The identities of the two were established by officers from Bedok Police Division and they were subsequently arrested on the same day.

They are also being investigated for breaching SMMs.

Separately, a video also emerged online on the @sgnewsdaily Instagram page, showing a bus driver being attacked; although it has not been confirmed that it is the actual footage of the attack.
