A netizen who is also our reader recently contributed a video on an incident which he chanced upon while having a meal at a hawker center nearby his home.
He mentions that it was around 6:30pm in the evening and most of the stores in the hawker center have already stopped operations for the day with only one or two stalls still opened.
However, there was still a long line of customers queuing up to buy food from a Hainanese curry rice stall.
Ignoring the number of people queuing up as well as the many passerby who are walking through the area, a group of uncles decided to sit in the hawker to watch an adult film together on a mobile device owned by one of them.
The contributor also mentioned that some people sitting around the uncles knew what they were doing and made “moaning” noises in a bid to inform them indirectly that what they are doing is very obvious.
However, the uncles remained too engross in appreciating the adult film and ignored the indirect calls for them to stop what they are doing.
Furthermore, the contributor also applauded the uncles for their bravery in appreciating the films openly at the hawker center as there is a Police post nearby.
