Arguments or fights are something that happens on a day-to-day basis but sometimes. But normally they are verbal or indoors.
But every once in a while there will be a few incidents that happen in the public.
Two men was seen having a rough encounter and wrestling each other until both of them were on the floor.
One of the men could be seen without a shirt and the other man pulled each other until they both landed on the floor.
It is unclear what happened, but some background voices could be heard saying “the Police is coming” in Hokkien and the two uncles can be heard continuing in Hokkien vulgarities.

Public fighting
According to Chapter 224 of the Penal Code, anyone who disturbs public peace by fighting in public is guilty of committing an affray.
Upon conviction, offenders could face a jail term of up to one year, a fine of up to $5,000, or both.
