
A Facebook user who recently arrived in Singapore has shared his thoughts on the service of the hotel that he was staying in while serving his 14 days Stay Home Notice (SHN).
In his post posted on Singapore Hotel Quarantine Information & Experience Facebook Group, He mentioned that the hotel was dusty and not disinfected properly. He then further compared the service of the hotel to other 4/5 Stars hotels.
He was upset that he wasn’t able to be given a family room as he has 2 children with him. He wanted to get a bigger room because it will be more comfortable for him and his twin. He then criticises the hotel capability for not being able to handle the guest situation.
He also mentioned that he is going to feedback to the relevant ministry when he is done with his quarantine.
