Earlier this month, there’s been a complaint about a certain moving company not being professional.
The company apparently broke their customer’s expensive items and told her that they will pay/repair the damaged products.
But after completing the job, the staff from the company did not get back to her regarding the incident. Also there is issue of the company being way late in delivering.
Here is a post of what the customer said on Facebook,
“Anybody who is moving house pl do not use Cube Movers .. they are not very professional. Gave us a lot of headache .. in November they handled my daughter’s moving .. upon arrival at new place while unpacking they dropped her marble table .. side got chipped .. luckily floor no crack .. well they offered to send for repair but till today no news of the table and they also avoiding our calls .. there was a time he said will get us a new replacement .. so far nothing.Then I myself moved in December .. this time while loading into truck .. the whole pellet fell and one of my antique mini chair broke .. they give excuse that the floor was slippery .. so after finished at my place (7pm) they were supposed to send one item to Bishan .. did not go .. countless call no reply .. told my ppl not to wait just go to bed .. and you Guess what ? They arrived at 11pm.I have never come across such movers .. friends pl be careful pick your movers with care !“
