According to HDB, there will be several upcoming BTO launches soon.
HDB published the following locations in their upcoming BTOs, the news was dated August 2022
Locations:
- Ang Mo Kio – 3 room and 4 room HDB
- Bukit Merah (Along Tiong Bahru Road) – 3 room and 4 room HDB
- Bukit Merah (Along Havelock Road) – 3 room and 4 room HDB
- Choa Chu Kang – 2-room Flexi, 3 room, 4 room and 5 room HDB
- Jurong East – 2-room Flexi, 3 room and 4 room HDB
- Tampines – 4 room and 5 room HDB
- Woodlands – 2-room Flexi, 3 room, 4 room and 5 room HDB
Ang Mo Kio
The location will be at Ang Mo Kio central near the Ang Mo Kio Public Library and a short distance away from Ang Mo Kio MRT, there will be 890 units consisting of 2R Flexi, 4-room, 5-room and 3Gen.
Bukit Merah 1
The location will be along Tiong Bahru Road near the Redhill MRT station, there will be 780 units consisting of 3 rooms and 4 rooms.
Bukit Merah 2
The location will be along Havelock Road near the Havelock MRT station, there will be 870 units consisting of 3 rooms and 4 rooms.
Tampines
The location will be along Tampines Street 41 and a short distance away from Tampines East MRT station, there will be 260 units consisting of 4 rooms and 5 rooms.
Jurong East
The location will be near Yuhua Primary School and crest Secondary School, along Bukit Batok Avenue 1, there will be 560 units consisting of 2R Flexi, 3 rooms and 4 rooms.
Keat Hong
The location will be along Keat Hong Link and a short distance away from Keat Hong LRT station, there will be 980 units consisting of 2R Flexi, 3 Rooms, 4 rooms and 5 rooms.
Woodlands
The location will be along Woodlands Drive 17 and near the Woodlands South MRT station, there will be 620 units consisting of 2R Flexi, 3 rooms and 4 rooms.
