A TikToker from the US shared that she made over USD$45,000 (or SGD$60,000) by selling her farts inside a jar.
The 31-year-old TikToker, Stephanie Matto, shared that she’s doing it full time and that business is booming, with the orders coming in by the truckloads.
She posted her video on 30 November to show off her earnings and it quickly went viral, garnering over 7 million views.
She then described the quality of her product, saying that the smell is “prominent for the first two days” and that “one whiff makes memories that last a lifetime”.
She then uploaded another video taking her viewers through her day as she eats food like baked beans, yogurt and hard-boiled eggs to help herself fart more.
Each of the fart-jar also comes with a personalized note and she is selling them for about $1,300 each.
