In a heartwarming display of solidarity and swift action, more than 20 individuals came together on September 1st to rescue three people trapped in a van following a harrowing accident in a Jurong East car park, according to a report by Shin Min Daily News.

The Accident Scene

The serene evening at Jurong East was disrupted by a collision between two vans at approximately 10:30 p.m. The accident took place in the parking area, leaving a grey van precariously tilted on its right side after crashing into another van. A bent metal pole nearby bore witness to the force of the impact.

A 29-year-old eyewitness, who happened to be at a nearby playground at the time, shared his account of the incident. According to him, the first sign of trouble was the screeching sound of brakes being applied. He then witnessed the grey van mounting the pavement and colliding with the stationary van.

What followed was nothing short of extraordinary. As the accident unfolded, more than 20 kind-hearted individuals rushed to the scene, united by a shared goal: to rescue those in need. They worked together to free and rescue the three people who were trapped inside the grey van.
