A video emerged online showing a cyclist riding on the side of the road along the Yishun Dam.

A van was seen coming up from behind the cyclist and apparently paid no attention and failed to keep a lookout.
The van driver then rear ended the cyclist and ran him over.
The incident happened on 10 October at around 11.21am.
