Slightly before 9.30pm on 8 Feb, ICA officers at Woodlands checkpoint detected three blue plastic bags containing an assortment of electronic cigarette products in the spare tyre compartment of an arriving Singapore-registered car. The 26-year-old Singaporean man is assisting HSA with investigations.

The import or sale of vaporisers (i.e. e-cigarettes) and their parts are prohibited. Members of the public who have information on such illegal acts can report to HSA at Tel: 6684 2036 or 6684 2037.
