The Uber driver Steve who was having a disagreement with the lady rider who video down the scene has decided to speak up and tell his side of the story. He claim in the first place the lady was the one being rude first to ignite the intense quarrel.
He suggested that typical riders with that kind of self-serving attitude should be on the ban list on hiring platforms.
She caused the quarrel by yelling “What do you mean?!” You are 10 minutes late! You should be apologising to me!” in a very offensive and ill-mannered way when I ask her why she is so late I was about to cancel and leave already.
Many riders who accuse the type of riders drivers detest have discuss on how driver should act are the usually the guilty one who behave badly.
Uber should look into this to prevent bad customer behaviour as if you were to look deeper and dig in that the rider was the one being late and being not apologetic for their behaviours.
This ban list would make a more safe and respectful experience for both the riders and partners by looking at both side of the coin.
The rider’s account will be banned to facilitate a more safe and respectful experience for both riders and partners.”
