Normal taxi can go in but got $12 surcharge. If the vehicle is private hire like Uber or Grab cannot take.
PHV cannot go in leh. Taxi business so bad until got this kind of collaboration ah?

A location surcharge of S$12 is applicable on top of the metered fare for every taxi journey starting from Changi Exhibition Centre (CEC) for the period of 1 — 11 February 2018. Participating taxi operators include Comfort/ City Cab, Premier Taxi, Prime Ta SMRT Taxi, HDT Taxi and Trans-Cab Services. * Please note that all access into CEC is only via Tanah Merah Coast Road from 3 to 11 February 2018. Private Hire Car Services (e.g. Uber, Grab etc) will not be allowed into CEC. Pre-booked taxis only allowed from 7pm — 7am.
