WET CEMENT PIPE BURST CAR WINDOWS DESTROYED NEAR RAFFLES HOSPITAL

The public was exposed to danger when an equipment at a construction side burst and caused wet cement to fly across the carpark at raffles hospital.

The wet cement landed on multiple cars that cause the car windows to shatter. Most cars get scratches while a few have shattered windscreens. The burst was so much that it almost landed at a traffic junction of Victoria Street.

Lucky no one injure.
