WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR AUTOPASS HAS EXPIRED WITH BALANCE

Foreign vehicles that are entering Singapore must have a valid Autopass Card and the approval email from the Land Transport Authority.

The Autopass Card is an electronic Vehicle Entry Permit for foreign automobiles and motorbikes, and it is used to record your vehicle’s entry into Singapore as well as to pay all entry and departure costs when you drive your vehicle out of Singapore.

Due to COVID-19 and the border restrictions, many Malaysian’s Autopass card became expired.

Here is how you can retrieve the balance:

If your Autopass expired but there’s still money in it. After you can go to the bank to get the form and fill out the documents, just put your Autopass Card in an envelope and return it to the bank.

The expected time will be refunded in two weeks. Normally the refund can be done directly at ATMs.
