My husband and I have been married for a little over a year (Aug 2020) and 2 weeks ago I walked in on him with another woman on my bed!
I’m obviously wanting to file for divorce. My husband is a lawyer which makes me nervous when it comes to this situation. I’m not currently employed because I was still studying when we got married. We don’t have joint bank accounts and don’t own property together.
So my question is what can I do? Am I entitled to anything? Will I be granted alimony to the spouse who was cheated on? Am I crazy for even asking these questions because I’ve only been married for a year and own no property?
My husband is a ruthless lawyer and I’m honestly afraid to get screwed over by this monster.
Getting married to a lawyer and getting divorce later can be the worse nightmare whether your a man or a woman.
