According to reports from Shin Min Daily News, a concerned resident, Mr Hu, aged 48, witnessed the altercation from his home. He described hearing loud arguments between a man and a woman, accompanied by persistent honking from vehicles in the vicinity.

Peering out of his window, Mr Hu observed a black SUV, driven by a female owner, engaged in a dispute with the male driver of a silver sedan. Mr Hu noted that the silver sedan bore a sticker indicating it was a private hire vehicle and that another woman was seated inside. He recounted how the male driver attempted to manoeuvre his car away, but the female driver continued to block his path, creating a potentially dangerous situation.

Physical Confrontation and Community Response

As tensions escalated, Mr Hu recorded a video showing the male driver exiting his vehicle to confront the female driver. The situation quickly deteriorated into a physical struggle, during which the woman was reportedly pinned to the ground. After regaining her footing, she clung to the male driver’s shirt, while he attempted to free himself from her grasp.
