User Vivian Lee recently posted on the Facebook page Complaint Singapore after she allegedly sought help from the Town Council and her MP for a serious case of “biscuit beetles” invasion that has been tormenting her family for months. She stated on how it has been 2 months and nothing has been done even after contacting her MP directly through whatsapp.

Its been more than 2months. From last year November 2020 until now January 2021 i have soughted helped from #ccktowncouncil#cckgrc#donwee over the “biscuit beetles invasion. On Mid October, ive been experiencing crawling insects on my beds and even crawling onto me.
I was freaked out i initially thought it was bed bugs so i engaged WTG Pest Control Singapore to help me to fumigate my house after i caught like 30 of them in one night. Wilson Tay Wtg was very helpful he came the next day, he found no source of breeding in my house and told me to see results and those pest should be gone by the 2nd week.
During this 2 weeks i found none and even solved my ants problem in my house. Theres no ants no anything. After 2 week those pest started to appear at my window area. So i contact Mr Tay he instructed me to set traps at my window area to see if its coming from the roof top. True enuff those pest was stuck at my traps. So i put up a request in the town council app for people to come and assist. 2 weeks pass no one did a follow-up so ive got no choice but to contact Mr Don Wee (MP of CCKGRC) 2 months pass all i get replies from him is “i will check with the town council” so if i dont WhatsApp Mr Don Wee i think the town council will never get back to me…
Anyway thats not the point so till date nothing has been done all they do is sending 2 people ‘their so called pester controller’ to come house and do window shopping. After their shopping they claimed they will contact the town council and arranged someone to go to the rooftop to check.
Finally a person from town council called and arranged a date to come and check. But when the day comes, the guy came into my room less than a minute or so he left as my baby was crying. So he claimed to go down and wait for the pest controller, but in the end he told me it was raining and have to reschedule another day to come (it was jus drizzling).
I did a follow-up and texted both the town council and Mr Don Wee amd they decided to ghost me. Till date nothing is done no checking nothing.
