A couple were having their meal at Gustoso Ristorante Italiano, an Italian restaurant, when the wife allegedly found a piece of glass shard inside her pasta.

She was allegedly tucking into her food when she suddenly spat out a piece of glass.
The husband said that the restaurant staff then picked up the glass shared and went back to the kitchen, as if nothing happened.
The staff then offered to take the Agli Olio off the final bill and gave the couple a $1090 gift voucher.
The husband then highlighted that the glass shard could’ve cut the tongue and organs if swallowed.
