A netizen posted a video online about a man who seems to complain about the plants at her unit.
The woman filmed and laugh and the man. However, she might not be right.
Here is what she said:
This uncle keep taking pictures and video outdide our house. If got people come he take picture.Ash tray outside he say cannot put outside everyday the wife will come out with clothes and make noise. This has been going on for years
According to the National Fire and Emergency Preparedness Council
a. It is for the sole purpose of keeping shoes, whereby, it would not constitute a substantial fire load,
b. A minimum clear escape passage of 1.2 m clearance is to be maintained from the parapet wall where the shoe rack is to be allowed.
c. No objects are to be placed along common corridors less than 1.2 m wide.
d. No placement of items such as clothing racks unless they can be easily folded or removed in times of emergency so that they do not obstruct the escape route.
No way that is more than 1.2m wide
While the woman was seen arguing and laughing at the uncle, a netizen pointed out that wheelchairs or paramedics could have problems accessing the narrow corridor
“Quick question. Can the paramedics go through the corridor with the wheeled cot go through. Cause its gonna be an issue if they cant”
