Facebook user Nabilah Ghani, shared how she bought about 2 items worth $90 and made full payment but after 2 months, she has yet to receive her items.
Here is what she said
Hi All, please be careful of this online shop NORDIC SPACE. Bought 2 items worth $90 thru Atome website. Full payment done and items not received. Their online website at Atome also cannot be accessed. When complained to Atome they said cannot do anything have to liase directly with seller Nordic Space. How to liase when their site also cannot be access. Atome know how to collect money only but not responsible for item lost or not received.
Managed to get NORDIC SPACE active at Carousel. Chat with them and i was told my order 1 item will be getting soon after 2 months order place ! Another item OSS and will refund me thru Atome.
Till now nothing. I returned back to the chat at Carousel and shop name changed to XXIIH. Give message again but no reply but status online.
So becareful of NORDIC SPACE AT ATOME AND XXIIH AT CAROUSEL.
This is called CHEATING. $90 not big amount but to take people money and not giving the items purchased is definitely wrong.
